Who are we

We are relatives of the 'le Nobels' who came into contact with each other through genealogical research.

The webmaster, Marc le Nobel (generation 10), came into contact with Han le Nobel in 1992 through his mother. Through Han, Marc received a lot of (new) information about the family, and they kept in touch until Han's passing in 2022.

Han bequeathed his knowledge and reference works on and about the family to Marc. This website is therefore a small memorial in memory of Han.

At the time, they came into contact with Matthew House via the website. Matthew has conducted wonderful research into the French ancestors of Jan Lenart Lenobel, the Dutch progenitor. Thank you for that!

Wie zijn wij

Wij zijn familieleden van de 'le Nobels' die via het stamboomonderzoek met elkaar in contact zijn gekomen.

De webmaster, Marc le Nobel (generatie 10), kwam via zijn moeder in 1992 in contact met Han le Nobel. Via Han kreeg Marc veel (nieuwe) informatie over de familie en zij hebben met elkaar contact gehouden tot aan het overlijden van Han in 2022.

Han heeft zijn kennis en naslagwerken van en over de familie aan Marc nagelaten. Deze website is dan ook een klein monumentje met de gedachten aan hem.

Via de website zijn zij toen ter tijd in contact gekomen met Matthew House. Matthew heeft prachtig onderzoek gedaan naar de Franse (voor) ouders van Jan Lenart Lenobel, de Nederlandse Stamvader. Dank daarvoor!
